Sales volume remained brisk, Average days on market increased causing
sellers to reduce prices to more reasonable levels and new listings declined.
Homes priced under $300,000 are no longer a viable market in the Woods.

Home prices have increased 29.7% this January, 2006 from last January.
The median price of a home last year was $319,833 compared to this years
$415,000. The January 2006 Median price decreased 11.7% compared to December’s
